Hyatt Place Philadelphia/ King of Prussia

The lady at the front desk was great! Easy check in and check out, pool was open till 10:00 and heated, room was very big and clean! Our room actually had a sectional couch with two beds and a tv that swiveled so it could be watched while laying in bed or sitting on the couch! Free breakfast. They have a gym we did not use it though. We will definitely be staying here again!

The location was great access to shopping , food etc ..

I loved the size of the room. It was perfect for my family of four. We had plenty of room. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The manager was very polite and professional. Breakfast was decent. They offered a variety of choices eggs, hashbrowns, hash, waffles, french toast, bagels, sausage, bacon, muffins, cereal, oatmeal packs, fruit, and yogurt. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Very close to King of Prussia Mall, Chop, many restaurants, Topp golf, and more.

No complaints at all. Everything was clean (I inspect every room to make sure all is working appropriately before settling in). Water pressure, hot water in shower, well working sink, comfortable bed, TV worked well, fridge worked well. All outlets and lights worked. Wasn't able to catch breakfast or the bar. Gym well equipped. Didn't get a chance to utilize the indoor pool but at glance, looked clean. Hallways didn't have a smell, could use more lighting but that's a personal preference. Elevator worked fine. I felt safe. Great location, ducked off away from all the busy highways but close enough to KOP. I have 0 complaints. Will absolutely return again.

Easy check-in and check-out. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It would also be nice if the room the pool was in had some heat.
